I’m happy for you Killerfish! You’ve deserve to have this game put on PC after all the time and effort you’ve put into it! And while you’ve been working with everything, you’ve taken time out of your busy schedules to answer our questions and take some of our suggestions. You really deserve to have this game on the computer!

This is the best game ever!!!!! Definitely deserves to be in Steam. I got some questions..
-Will Mac be able to play PC version?
-If I already purchased Atlantic Fleet from App Store, Do I have to repurchase Atlantic Fleet from Steam in order to play in PC version?

Mac version is planned as well.
Yes, it will require a re-purchase as they are different platforms with different stores.

I can’t disengage in any game mode. I’ll make smoke for all the time necessary, but when it gives me the option to disengage , it’ll just say “hostile vessel is too close”. This is the case whether the enemy ship is 5,000 meters away or 25,000 meters away. I can’t disengage under any circumstances on either side. Is this a bug, or deliberate?

Playing version 1.09? Controlling a submarine or surface ship?
Something like this can happen to submarines which should get fixed in next update 1.10.

    Also I have a suggestion

The possibility to remove damaged ships from port while they’re under repair,It’d be really useful in my opinion,I once had Tirpitz Stuck in Kiel for 20 turns because of Allied bomber raids, and I thought it’d be useful if I could withdraw them from docking and repairing over the course of 1-2 turns, and maybe move them to a less frequently targeted port,in this example Norway

It also would help me after 1941 when the Americans show up and I desperately need as many ships in the Atlantic as possible

Thought it’d be useful, just gonna wait and see what others think

I think it’s a good idea. But is it possible that the engines could be destroyed? If so when tugs are pulling your ship to another port, and you’re attacked will the tugs be in combat too?

No immediate plans. But we’re always making new ships and those appropriate to the theatre might get added at some point.

can you make some new ships like graf zeppelin, german aircraft carrier and hindenburg class heavy cruiser

    Reply
    • Clive Magras

      Whats the Hindenburg?
Germans only had the ships in game plus some older ones
Planned ships are the O and P classes, as well as H-41 and H-42

The Hindenburg is the tier 10 German cruiser in World of Warships. In reality, it does not exist, so it won’t be added into Atlantic Fleet.

The real Hindenburg warship was a Derfflinger-class battlecruiser.

nazis maked blueprints about it so thinked if they add H-39 why could not make Hindenburg

          • BatRaw

SMS Hindenburg was battle carrier maked in 1915 in great war (WW1) and was scuttled in 1919 in Scapa flow and she was raised in 1930 and was scrapped in 1932

          • BatRaw

and that Hindenburg what blueprints was made in 1942 was suppost to be a predecessor of Scharnhorst class ships but wasnt never made

  8. Clive Magras

    BatRaw:
Incorrect- The T7,8, and 10 cruisers in WOWS were never real designs but instead are fantasy ships made by Wargaming

I have a bug to report

In BoTA I just bought 6 new Type XXI U-Boats,But,Whenever they attack convoys that I don’t control the attack on it says for example -50’000 Tons of shipping sunk by Warships-When I don’t even have warships out at sea right now,Also, when I go into the Area to check damage and how many torps are still onboard when not in combat they’re using type IX names”(U-37,U-38),The tonnage bar isn’t there,And a lot of info seems to be gone

This is a bug. Fixed in 1.10 which is now available for Android/Kindle (iOS under review).

No idea. It is entirely up to Apple.
Update will be immediately available if/when they approve it.

Wow. It’s been 3 weeks and still no update.

I can’t wait for the battleships to be tough again. I didn’t like it, when it only took a few accurate salvos from 16-inch guns to sink North Carolina.

This is just like waiting for Wings of Duty to come out for the first (0.0.0.2 was either rejected, or devs didn’t like it at all). Then we had to wait until July 10, 2015, to play the game.

          • MattF4U-4

North Carolina has been garbage the since release,Compare to Bismarck,Which can still take some punishment,North carolinas Damage model is all screwed up,shoot radar,Powder explodes

Can Sangamon-class escort carriers be added in the future since all ships served in the Atlantic? They were the only escort carriers to operate dive bombers (but only SBDs)

I have a suggestion: 1942-1944 the Soviet port of Sevastopol should be availiable to the Germans. This would allow newly purchased German ships to prowl in the Medditeranian

Bulgarian ports should also be in the game if you decide to add Sevastopol since German warships used Bulgarian ports

This was a defunct old action from Pacific Fleet that sometimes could get displayed due to a timing issue.
      Now it doesn’t get displayed.

I think I found a bug. When I sunk Gneisinau with a submarine, I looked at the damage report and there was no indification there was damage

You know that when there’s a hole in the hull, the ship lists to one side, or the ship gets lower to the surface of the water, that’s an indication of flooding.

          • Clive Magras

And how am I supposed to do this for every one of my ships at the same time?

          • MattF4U-4

Why would you watch them all at the same time?.

Besides, the game doesn’t progress until your ships make a move,Simply Check over them all before allowing the enemy to have their turn

          • Killerfish Games

We considered adding such indicators, but felt that the number of holes in the hull and the way the ship sits in the ocean was pretty indicative of flooding and fires were graphically obvious. Also for flooding, if “Pumps” are damaged it is a sure indicator that the ship is (or is about to be) in great risk of flooding.

          • Clive Magras

You guys should add an Electrical module as well. It couldn’t be damaged by shell hits, only by fire or flooding as in real life. It could slow down the rate of all the other repairs (including fire and flooding)

Give them the tools you used to create ships and I bet the SH modding community will have you an Italian Fleet by February.

Yeah, they were added to most ships in game,They serve no purpose but it’s fun to watch your enemies float planes in a destroyed state after pounding your enemies XD

Hopefully they’ll serve a recon purpose one day
